Moving can be an overwhelmingly stressful time, especially given the current state of the economy and the Housing Market.  However, the right people advising you in your decision to buy or sell your home can make all the difference in the world.  When my wife and I were told we had to get serious about relocating because of my work, she began visiting open houses in the neighborhood to get a feel for the local Real Estate market.  Admittedly, we were quite naïve to the selling process as we had not sold before.  My wife happened to visit an open house of a neighbor and met Peter Davis of Keller Williams.  There are certain characteristics about people that are immediately identifiable, for good and for bad.  Peter, made a very positive first impression on my wife due to his organization, attention to detail, professionalism and local knowledge.  As a result of that visit, we had Peter over to our home to interview him to help us in the process of selling our house.  At the conclusion of our initial meeting, I was just as impressed as my wife was.  Peter was extremely prepared for that meeting, very personable and most importantly, realistic and honest.  I truly saw Peter as a Consultant that evening as he went through both neighborhood and market data and explained to my wife and I what that meant to us in our current situation as we tried to value our home.  Through the entire process, Peter was extremely available, very proactive and constantly updated us as trends in our neighborhood were changing.  Peter made our experience a very positive one during a very difficult time for us as we were forced to leave Austin.  Peter exceeded our expectations in all aspects and I truly feel that we now have a go to advisor for Real Estate and a trusted Friend.  I would highly recommend Peter to anyone that is looking to buy our sell property without reservation.

Just wanted to say a big "Thank you" for all your help in preparing me for my trip to the TX Appraisal's office.  I would have been at a total loss on how to handle it and didn't have a clue as to what to expect.  The backup documents you gave me let me know in advance what they would come up with and I have to tell you, your numbers were right on the mark (a difference of $206. - can't get closer than that)! 

You are a wonderful neighbor!  If I ever decide to sell or know of anyone wanting a realtor, I'll certainly let you/them know!
